Weighing In: Field technician, Shelley Spear, weighs a western jumping mouse.

I had two posters this year. One poster focused on my research proposal to study bird response to willow restoration. The second focused on using wool as an alternative bedding material to synthetic in small mammal live traps. My field technician, Shelley Spear, staffed that poster.

My photo won Best Research-in-Action at the 20th Annual Front Range Student Ecology Symposium.
